Jensen Ackles is a popular American actor as well as a director. Ackles originally had plans to study sports medicine and work as a therapist. However, a stint as a model changed path of his career. Then he was cast as the character that of Eric Brady in the Emmy award-winning program Days of our Lives. He is renowned for his stunningly beautiful style, impressive screen-play and capacity to impress his audience through his performance skills. His humble beginnings that led to him becoming a Hollywood star and a television actor. The most famous of his roles is playing the roles of Eric Brady Jason Teague and Dean Winchester in various popular American TV shows. The actor is the proud recipient of numerous awards and honors. While he was at it, he tested his hand at directing and producing. He has also directed Supernatural episodes and was praised for it. The actor describes himself as nondenominational Christian.
